Positioning: Birthplace of the business · Headquarters for Japan trade coordination · Supply chain management centre
The company is located at Oriental International Tower, No.85 Loushanguan Road, Changning District, Shanghai, within the core Xinhongqiao area home to numerous Japanese enterprises. Benefiting from this geographic advantage, we maintain regular and highly efficient business communication with Japanese clients.
As the headquarters coordinating Japan-focused trade, Shanghai OMOI takes overall charge of the group’s supply chain management. Our core products include home textiles such as towels and blankets, while we steadily expand into daily household items including ceramics and stainless steel mugs. We specialise in Japan’s home consumer market to precisely match mainstream local demands.
We have established an integrated supply chain system linking Shanghai, Dongguan and Qingdao. Production and shipment bases can be flexibly allocated according to order volume, lead-time requirements, logistics costs and product categories. The headquarters manages a network of high-quality partner factories mainly in Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui and other provinces across China. A dedicated towel manufacturing factory in Vietnam is also integrated to complete our dual domestic-and-overseas supply layout. The entire workflow from raw material procurement, production schedule control and on-site quality inspection through to export to Japan is centrally managed by the Shanghai headquarters. This approach properly diversifies supply chain risks and ensures consistent, stable delivery.
Our shipment network covers major domestic ports including Qingdao, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. We continue to develop overseas supply chains and actively cultivate partners in Vietnam. Haiphong Port in Vietnam serves as one of our key shipment ports, further boosting the flexibility and reliability of cross-border delivery.
